Vinador Sauvignon Blanc

The hot summers in west Texas grow a unique expression of Sauvignon Blanc. Harvested much earlier than in other regions, it is among the first grapes to ripen in our area.

With a bit of oak and Semillon grapes, it is reminiscent of a Bordeaux blanc with good body and more distinctive tropical tones than examples from cool weather regions, while still retaining bright acidity. Smooth crisp finish. Palate of tropical fruits, vibrant citrus, and a note of melon. Aromas of lime zest, wildflowers, and a hint of vanilla. Aged on French oak. Serve chilled. Pairs well with seafood, sushi, chicken dishes, and grilled vegetables.
